Customer Representative for Europe-American Aviation in Naples Florida.

Established in 2000, Europe-American Aviation is the first worldwide Diamond Brilliance Flight Center located in Naples, Fl. We are offering FAA certified flight training with a complete line of Diamond’s newest and most advanced aircrafts. Because our young team is growing fast, we are looking for a customer representative to support the front desk. We are looking for a responsible person to be the interface between flight instructors and students, to be responsible that resources are booked; training classes starting on time, supporting management in training and resource planning. You will be able to independently coordinate authorities like TSA, SEVIS and FAA. This will be a full time position.

Requirements: Fluent in English and German (speaking, reading and writing), computer experience, basics in Excel and Word. Prior experience with international customers would be helpful.
